This is a beautiful new complex in the holiday village of Chernomorets, about 9 Km from the larger town of Sozopol. Chernomorets is a town in the south eastern part of Bulgaria, part of the Sozopol municipality in Bourgas Province and is a popular seaside resort in a quiet, family area.

The second floor apartment on offer is No. 5. It includes an open plan lounge with dining area and a kitchen.  There are 2 bedrooms and a family bathroom.  The apartment has never been used and is not furnished so the new owner can put their individually on it by decorating to their own personal taste.

The beach is close by where you can relax and swim in the calm bay or enjoy sailing, surfing and fishing. Chernomorets is a gorgeous and calm village, only 30 Km to the International Airport, and is one of the up and coming seaside resorts on the Black Sea Coast.

The village has a great, relaxed ambience and has loads of facilities including shops, a post office, bars and restaurants. In the centre there is a primary school, a kindergarten and a cultural centre.

The daily public transport is very reliable and goes to Sozopol, Nessebar and the more popular resort of Sunny Beach - one of the biggest resorts on the Black Sea Coast.  The main road is easily nearby and car rental can be organised if required.
