Elements of all the common areas - including the road, alleys and walkways in the complex, as well as outer & inner fence pillars, are made of hand cut granite - a rigid, solid material almost invulnerable to the impact of time. Granite paving gives a first-class feel and is the superior solution for the alleys and common areas.
The outer walls of each house are made of limestone panels, cut to size and sealed so that the stone won't absorb water or dirt. All the architectural details such as cornices, window & door sills, are cut from solid limestone, adding an aristocratic, classical element to the clean, straight lines of The Park's architecture.
All fences, posts and gates are made of wrought iron - again every detail has been thought through, so that even the fences are both functional and in harmony with the surrounding beauty.
The Park will be a green haven - professional gardeners will tend the perfectly conditioned lawns, trees, shrubs and flowers. Detailed planning will ensure that the planting scheme delivers greenery all year round. The Park green spaces - and the private lawns - will be nurtured by an automatic water spraying system, cleverly hidden underground and sourced from the clear waters of a local well.
