In a high rise apartment building, would you rather be closer to the ground floor, or would you rather live in an apartment which is high up near the top of the building? It can be a difficult decision to make, as there are advantages and disadvantages to each option.
Ground-floor Apartments
The advantage to owning an apartment on the ground floor is that it is much more easily accessible, especially if the building doesn’t have an elevator and you have to use the stairs to reach the other floors. Even if there is an elevator, think of how much time you spend going up and down on the elevator each day! High Level Apartments
Choosing apartments for sale in Bulgaria on higher floors has several advantages. First of all, you will have an incredible view of the city and far off into the distance. You will also find that there is much less noise, because you will be far away from the noise of the street and the traffic of people coming in the entrance.
However, apartments on the top floor might be colder than others because the heat will escape right out of the roof. They are also usually the most expensive. Also, if you are often up late and night making noise and moving around have friends over often, or you have a treadmill, living on the top flight might disrupt the people who are living below you.
