Most holiday rental properties have a rate which changes depending on what time of year it is. It will be at its most expensive during the peak tourism season, such as winter for a ski chalet or summer for a beach resort. During the off season when tourism is at its low point the rates should be cheaper. Many travellers like to stay during the off season to save some money, and don’t mind that the weather is not perfect. If you offer discounts at certain points of the year you can compete with other rentals, attract these customers, and make sure that you are always fully booked.

 

Bulgaria is not the same throughout all four seasons, so the experience of staying at your holiday property will not be either! Make sure that your online listing highlights the beauty of your property in Bulgaria throughout the entire year.
