I had listed my apartment in Bulgaria with a few other companies. I was paying a monthly payment plan but because these companies didn't ask for a commission on the sale I guess it wasn't in their interests to sell it. Worldwide Group model of looking for a commission payable on sale was a lot more attractive because I knew they would be trying hard to sell my apartment.
